joining us. governor nikki haley says the time has come to take action against south carolina's long-standing issues with criminal domestic violence. today the governor unveiled a trio of executive orders---and said she would support spending $19 million dollars to hire 144 new prosecutors and add three judges to handle cdv cases. she says the problem needs more than legislative action. no legislation is going to fix this. this had to be a cultural change. this had to be from the ground up. it had to be in every single county. which counties don't have shelters? which ones do? which counties do we have law enforcement that does a little more to it versus not? i was mortified when i heard that law enforcement were the ones that were prosecuting these
